Abstract: 

This research focuses on the effect of passive methods in the field of Energy storage, produce Energy by using renewable energies, and also to achieve the construction patterns of residential Buildings in the climate conditions of Shiraz, with the aim reducing Energy consumption. Statistics show that in Iran, fuel consumption in residential and commercial Buildings with an average annual growth of 7. It is about 2.37% of the country's total fuel consumption. One way to minimize Energy consumption in this sector is to increase the role of zero-Energy Buildings. Zero-Energy Buildings provide technical ways to consume less Energy in Buildings. These Buildings are designed and built so that all or a large part of these provide the Energy they need through the combination of Energy saving and the use of renewable Energy technology. In this research, after studying the climate condition of the city of Shiraz, a Building in the Energy Plus software, the simulation and climatic data of the Shiraz station was introduced to the software. To achieve the most optimal conditions of Energy consumption in the climatic conditions of Shiraz, each of the Building elements Residential was optimized. The simulation shows that it is possible to reduce the Energy consumption of the Building by using passive Building materials and designs, including double-glazed glass, Wall insulation, etc. On the other hand, by using solar Energy, using pvsyst software, you can supply the Energy needed by the Building.

Abstract: 

ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT CONTAMINATING SOURCES IN NATURE IS THE GASES FROM THE BURNING OF FOSSIL FUELS, WHICH BOTH PRODUCTION AND CONSUMPTION DUE TO THE LOW TECHNOLOGY OF PRODUCTION AND CONSUMPTION EQUIPMENT ARE ALWAYS ASSOCIATED WITH ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION. THE NEED TO MINIMIZE THE USE OF FOSSIL FUELS HAS CREATED ZERO-Energy BuildingS IN THE WORLD AFTER THE GENERATION OF GREEN BuildingS WITH THE LEAST Energy CONSUMPTION. NET ZERO Energy Building IS A RESULT OF COMMON AIM AND RESPONSIBLE PARTICIPATION OF ARCHITECTS, CIVIL AND ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL ENGINEERS.

Abstract: 

The Building sector accumulates approximately a third of the final Energy consumption. Consequently, the improvement of the Energy efficiency in Buildings has become an essential ins trument in the Energy policies to ensure the Energy supply in the mid to long term moreover is the mos t cos t-effective s trategy available for reducing carbon dioxide emissions This paper is s tudying the main objectives for an effective sus tainable Building taking into account the environmental sus tainability aspect, where it has introduced the main principles for developing Building concept and the governor concepts for this development for forming sus tainable Building skins, also it is focusing on the different techniques in terms of natural ventilation, shading techniques, and Energy conservation and its role in enhancing the internal environment. The main objective of the paper is to investigate the impact of different ventilation strategies that can be implemented in new and exis ting Buildings in hot climates So that it can reduce the amount of Energy needed for Building and sustainability in this climate.

Abstract: 

According to the country’s annual Energy consumption statistics, over a third of Energy is consumed in Iran’s Buildings. Having socioeconomic roots, important Energy efficiency obstacles include those related to micro economy, Energy markets and a resistance against changing habits. These factors are identified in the present research using library search and officially released data. They are then put into test through discussions with sustainability and sustainable architecture experts and also by observing the real conditions of the society. Using the structural model of Amos (23), it is investigated how these factors affect each other and how their impacts can be reduced or the eliminated. On this basis, the use of advanced Building Energy efficiency, and effective Energy codes are identified and proposed.

Abstract: 

Wireless sensors networks consist of several tiny battery powered devices which are utilized to monitor and gather information of desired area, such as a Net Zero Energy Building. As there is no way to recharge the nodes’ Energy and batteries, efficient Energy consumption plays crucial role in prolonging nodes’ and network’ s lifetime. One of the most popular routing protocol is LEACH protocol, which suffers from drawbacks, despite several modifications have been deployed. This research aims to optimize the Leach protocol from three different aspects. Initially, the allocated Energy of network is distributed to each nodes based on their distance with base station. The more distance between a node and BS, the more Energy portion is allocated to the given node. Secondly, Genetic algorithm has been employed to select optimal cluster head set whose fitness function addresses number of CHs and distance between CHs and the BS. Lastly, sensor nodes are clustered by fuzzy clustering. Comparing the results with previous versions illustrates that the proposed modifications could prolong considering network and improve the Energy consumption and the modified LEACH achieves 10% improvement in terms of survival rate of nodes.

Abstract: 

Energy optimization and consumption analysis is the first step in realizing smart houses. This paper incorporates the uncertainty of the effective parameters and probabilistically optimizes the Energy consumption in a Building. To this end, probability density functions (PDFs) of Building uncertain parameters are modeled by empirical rule method and the Energy usage in Buildings is optimized. Energy-Plus and MATLAB softwares are respectively used to compute Energy consumption in a Building and to optimize Energy consumption. Energy consumption of the Building and the thermal comfort are considered as objective functions of the proposed multi-objective optimization problem. A 12-storey commercial Building is used as a case study. The proposed probabilistic method is compared with the deterministic method to assess the proposed method, . The results show a significant difference between the deterministic and probabilistic cases. The maximum difference between the mean optimal values of variable parameters in these cases is about 34%. Finally, sensitivity of the results to the climate changes is also investigated in this paper.

Abstract: 

When considering Energy efficiency optimization in construction project management, one of the best evaluation criteria is the Building life cycle Energy analysis,that, includes the embodied Energy in the Building and the operating Energy during the life of the Building. The present study consists of two steps,1-Library, statistical and descriptive study (selection of suitable options for life cycle Energy optimization of Buildings) and 2-Case study (analysis of embodied Energy of construction and operation of the Building through modeling in Energy simulator software design Builder). The results of the life cycle Energy analysis of a real educational Building in Tehran with a lifespan of 50 years, taking into account ground heating, in the three states of this Building,basic available, optimal and optimal with a green roof showed,That, the amount of life cycle Energy of the studied Buildings is 51. 86, 44. 82 and 43. 89 GJ / m2, respectively. Also, the annual Energy consumption during the operation period of the basic educational Building in Tehran was estimated to be equal to 0. 80 GJ / m2, although this amount was in the range of values provided in global research, but the amount of Energy consumption during the operation period of this Building Compared to global cultivars, it is a large and significant amount. The overall results indicated,that, The Energy consumption during the life of the studied Building in the optimal and optimal with a green roof state was less about 24, 220 GJ (equivalent to 3958 barrels of crude oil) and 27, 420 GJ (equivalent to 4480 barrels of crude oil), respectively, compared to the existing base state.
